What does life mean?

Life Poem..

if someone ask what is the hardst
thing to describe
i would say
it is the life

it feels like ours
but its not
illusion in one moment
where your eyes were deceived
dream but never come true
in next moment
when your hopes were faded away

thousand of the thoughts
from thousand of peoples
but noone knows
the true meaning
thats mystery
